Grade your card for free

Take a photo of the front and back and see what is measured: centering in percentages, corners, edges and surface, plus a PSA 10 indication. So you know whether grading is worth it.

You use the full Cardex Grader: set measuring lines yourself, zoom in, dismiss spots, choose the layout and get the PSA report. Only saving is off in the beta.

Start a free grade

Free beta: your grade is not stored. Not claimed = deleted after one hour. The tool itself is in Dutch for now.

How it works

  1. Photograph the front on an even, dark background.
  2. Place the four corner points; the card is straightened and measured.
  3. Do the same with the back.
  4. See the result and enter your email for the report (PDF) and an image to share.

What we keep

Nothing of your card. A free grade stays on the server for at most one hour; after the report is sent, it is gone within 15 minutes. To count the free grades per month, we keep an encrypted code of your device and connection for 30 days. We only use your email address to send you the report and to ask you once how you liked the beta.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an official PSA grade?

No. This is a technical measurement based on your photos. PSA, CGC and other graders make their own assessment; no rights can be derived from this report.

How many cards can I measure for free?

10 per month per device by default. With a YoCodex account you measure more cards and keep your grades.

How accurate is the centering?

It mostly depends on the photo: sharp, straight from above and with even light. A scanner is more accurate than a phone. The capture quality check tells you right away whether your photo is good enough.

Why is the PSA 10 indication never above 90%?

Artwork, micro scratches, dents and the grader's judgement cannot be measured from a photo.
